Ground level
(Living & dining room, kitchen, gallery, toilet, terrace)Living Room
Southeast orientation. 30 m2. Marble floor.
Spacious and luminous, it leads directly into the terrace. These pictures were taken on Christmas 2011 and you can appreciate how the morning light pours in.
As the warmer seasons roll in, the sun gets higher and thus, the whole living room is covered in a nice fresh shadow without losing a spark of light.
You have plenty space to create a snug reading corner or, just how I have it, a studio. It is a real luxury to work in a serene environment with so much natural light, the view of the trees from the terrace and the chirping of birds outside.
Dining RoomMakes room for 6 comfortably seated guests.
Kitchen and Laundry Gallery
9 m2. Northwest oriented.
The kitchen has room for a breakfast table and it leads to an open gallery with everything necessary to do the laundry.
Terrace
9 m2. Your chill out spot...
...perfect to reading the papers while having brunch, to playing cards with friends or Scrabble with your kids, taking long summer siestas, or dozing after a candle light dinner... Just perfect to enjoy life.

The Area
San Juan Beach
Playa de San Juan is a wonderful beach, 7 km long and 85 m wide, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and playgrounds on the sand for the kids.
The beach is awarded with a Blue Flag, given by the European Foundation for Environmental Education, to certify the quality of water, the cleanliness of sand and the availability of services and facilities such as watch towers, lifeguards, Red Cross, disabled accesses, and environmental and informational programs.
I use to walk every morning its long promenade, and see the sun rising at the sea.
The green is set in a residential area, guess which one? That's right! The condominium lays between holes 2 and 3, but no worries about lose golf balls: the course features wide fairways lined with thousands of trees.
Severiano Ballesteros designed this 72-par course that includes six par-three holes, six par-four holes and six par-five holes, meaning that no two consecutive holes are played with the same par in any one round. Seve also designed 5 large lakes affecting 12 of the 18 holes, resulting in an attractive and challenging course for golfers of all abilities. It is the first golf course in Spain to be awarded both of the most prestigious environmental quality standard certificates:ISO-14.001 and the Q-Plus certificate.

In all these countries they are legally regarded as public institutions. Their mission is to provide a multilingual and multicultural education for nursery, primary and secondary level pupils.

Alicante Downtown
Located in the south of the Valencia Region, the city of Alicante is in the centre of the bay of Alicante.
With around 315,000 inhabitants and spread over a municipal area of 201.3 km2, it is the second largest
city in the Valencia Region and is the capital of the province from which it takes its name.
Its position on the Mediterranean gives the city a privileged climate, with mild winters and warm summers. Temperatures average over 18ºC and the city enjoys some 3,000 hours of sunshine a year.
One of the most important events in the city's diary is the festival of the Hogueras de San Juan (St. John's Bonfires). This festival has been officially declared to be of International Tourist Interest and its origins lie in the tradition of burning useless objects with the arrival of the summer solstice (20th-24th June).
